Industrial Engineer

3. Organization
The owner of the position directly reports to Head of Engineering Department and is
disciplinary responsible to him.
The Position is located in Western Ukraine.
4. Job description
· Process optimization for all production processes for parts production
· Control of installation of the working places in line with requirements
· Analysing and preparation of equipment for new projects/ products and change
management
· Calculation and definition of equipment requirements based on catalogue
times/EPM and project analysis
· Process balancing and equipment definition
· Final assembly process balancing with support of engineering tool
· Creating the labor estimates and manufacturing capacity plans
· Finalising the line balancing and workforce requirement for product launch
· Continual improvement of lean operational activities

Personal characteristics:
· A convincing personality with secure appearance and natural “standing”
· Outstanding intelligence with analytical and conceptual intellectual power,
organizing and coordinating skills
· Cost consciousness and the ability to think in directions of the company
· Ability to work out, adjust and effectively implement concepts within the scope of
company development
· Interactive leading personality who also in difficult situations acts deliberate and
target oriented with skill and sure instinct and knowledge of the human nature
· Team player with coordination competence, but also with the ability to act
independently and with courage for the takeover of responsibility
· Flexibility, strong team player, able to work individually, without a tight supervision
· Ability to work to aggressive deadlines
· Data driven, with production line and processes improvements in mind
Technical background:
Engineering degree, min. 2-year experience in automotive industry, preferably in
Electronics or Electrics components and end devices
· Change Management Skills, Equipment analysis, process flow, REFA, AutoCad
· Knowledge of current production technologies
· PC literate, drawing experience
· Technical skills
6. Language skills
· English language is a must, Russian is welcome.

4. Job description
· Operating data for KSK process definition in specific Engineering tool
· Definition of the production modules base on customer modules requirements
· Transfer data from Engineering tool to ERP system
· Change Management
· Technical documentation definition and creation with engineering tool support
· Defining manufacturing process according drawings with focus on effective
utilization of workforce, safety of employees, workability, minimization of internal
defects as well as zero defect delivery to the customer
· Applying a lean manufacturing principles

Обязанности:
- организация и эффективное управление предприятием;
- обеспечение ежедневного оперативного управления;
- контроль за соблюдение технологии производства;
- эффективное управление персоналом;
- разработка и внедрение мероприятий по оптимизации производственных процессов;
- обеспечение выполнения плановых показателей и снижение технологических потерь;
- анализ причин потерь и проведение мероприятий по их устранению;
- обеспечение надежности по срокам, количеству и качеству отгрузки продукции;
- контроль обеспечения производственных подразделений всеми необходимыми материалами, оборудованием и сырьем;
- обеспечение выполнения требований по производственному учёту движения сырья и материалов.

Требования:
- высшее образование (желательно техническое);
- опыт работы на аналогичной должности в производственной компании от 3-х лет;
- успешный опыт построения  эффективной системы управления производственным процессом;
- знание производственной логистики;
- системность и динамичность мышления, инновационность, лидерские и организаторские качества.
